Subscription Policy

Ordering & Shipment

After your sign up for and place your sibscribtion order you will receive all the benefits such as discounts in products and discounted shipping. We will ship your initial order and will arrive from 3-5 business days.

According to your frequency plan you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your subscription.

For the sencond and subsecuent orders, you will receive an email 3 days before we charge your payment method and we will ship your upcoming order within 3-5 business days.

Managing your Subscription

If you wish to cancel, modify or skip your upcoming order you can do it in you "Manage your subscription" within your account, two days before any upcoming order to avoid your payment method being charged.

Cancellation Subscription

To obtain the specific discount pricing and shipping discounts with the "Subscribe and Save" program, customers agrees to receive at least two auto-ship orders according to your frequency plan.

If you cancel, skip 3 times or refuse shipping you will be charged the amount of the discount that you save on your first pruchase plus any applicable shipping cost associated with your order or return.

Note that this apply if you refuse your package or if you accept your package and will like to return us back the product.

Example: If you save $5 on the product and $5.00 on Shipping on your first order and on the second order you want to cancel and refuse the package. Once you return your item, a refund will be made to your account for the product amount minus $10 of the initial order savings and $4.99 of the second order shipping for a total of $15.00.

Return Shipping Instructions

  1. Call our customer service team at (855) 456-3265 or email customerservice@primor.com to confirm your product is elegble for returns
  2. Put all the contents on a box and go the your nearest Postal Office to send us back your products to the following address
  3. Make sure to save your tracking information for any issue
  4. It is also a good idea to insure your shipment, in any case your package is lost.

Refunds

Any product must be returned within 30 days of being purchased to be eligible for a refund. Note that we will only make refunds to products that are in the original packing and have not being opened.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless they were incurred as a result of our error.

Refunds are issue back to the original method of payment.
